The Perfect and effective, way for making all sort of cakes, gateaux Swiss roll. It gives more volume, and longer shelf – life. The result would be regular sponge cake. There is no need for skilful labour.

How to use?

  • Cake:
    Ingredients: 1 Kg of sponge mix (Vanilla or Chocolate) + 600 gm fresh eggs + 150-200 gm water Stir for 8-10 minutes then place in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 170- 180 C.

  • Swiss Roll:
    Ingredients: 1 Kg of sponge mix (Vanilla or Chocolate) + 850 gm eggs Stir for 6-7 minutes then place in oven for 6 minutes at temperature of 220-230 C.
