Soft, white powder sugar - treated to prevent absorption of water and forming blocks. Used as an icing for Donuts, Mille-Feuille, Danish pastry and cookies.

How to use?

Icing Sugar
  • With donuts, Danish pastry, Mille-Feuille and cakes: directly apply on the surface of the product with a silk sieve
  • For decorating cakes: Mix with albumen and add natural flavor like orange and use in stuffing
