Used for producing the best kinds of bakery, improving the dough attributes making it easy to form. It also increase the volume of bread, giving a soft white crumb and superior tissue structure. How to use?
- Add the stated amount of each kind to one kg o flour and mix well.
- Add the mix to the rest of the flour all at once.
- Then add other ingredients: sugar, oil, salt and yeast.
